Almost 65,000 media in three historic town houses in the immediate vicinity of the market square

The public library in Greifswald was opened in 1897 and was given its name in 1993 to mark the 100th birthday of the Greifswald-born writer Hans Fallada. Today, the Hans Fallada Public Library offers almost 65,000 media for loan on its approx. 1,300 m2 in three historic town houses in the immediate vicinity of the market square, including books, films, video and board games as well as experimental kits for independent tinkering.
